Your inn is important, and you take good care of it. Sooner or later though, you’ll need to get away, and I can be there to make sure things run smoothly in your absence. In other words, I’m happy to be there Take-Inn Care of business while you’re gone.

I have been managing inns for more than a decade. I began my innkeeping career as General Manager of The Beach House Inn in Santa Barbara, California. In 2018 I moved to the heart of wine country to manage Calistoga, California’s Inn on Pine, and within a year had brought the property’s traveler-rated ranking on TripAdvisor to #1; by 2024, the Inn On Pine was also the #1 traveler-rated hotel in all of Napa Valley.

Above all else, my passion is creating a comfortable atmosphere and cultivating personal connections that make guests want to return again and again. My hands-on innkeeping experience has included everything from greeting arrivals at the front desk, preparing breakfast and helping housekeepers (the backbone
of any inn), to back-of-the-house functions like night audits, bookkeeping and payroll. I also do a little light maintenance.

As an avid world traveler, I also make it a point to learn a new area quickly so as to offer guests tips on restaurants, attractions and more that will enhance their visit. Prior to innkeeping, I owned a catering company specializing in weddings, so I know how important it is to remain calm and keep guests happy even in stressful situations.

Finally, in my pre-hospitality days, I also spent time in the tech industry and am very familiar with a wide variety of computers and software. I have experience with several PMS systems, and familiar with most OTA services (e.g.: Expedia, Booking.com, HotelTonight, AirBnB). I’m a quick study and can learn any reservation system or your inn’s unique procedures with little difficulty.
