With over a decade of experience in the Bed & Breakfast and boutique hospitality industry, I bring a blend of operational expertise, culinary talent, and genuine guest-focused care to every property I serve. As the owner of Bartlett Innkeeping, LLC, I have provided interim innkeeping services to more than ten unique inns across the United States, adapting quickly to each property’s style, systems, and clientele while ensuring seamless operations. My career also includes years as a restaurant and retail owner, giving me a strong foundation in customer service, business management, and food and beverage operations.

I specialize in creating memorable guest experiences while protecting and enhancing the reputation of each property I represent. From welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism to preparing exceptional breakfasts, managing reservations, and overseeing housekeeping standards, I take pride in delivering consistent five-star service. I am skilled in multiple reservation and property management systems, adept at marketing and social media promotion, and comfortable troubleshooting challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

In addition to my on-site work, I am the President of the Interim Innkeepers Network, a nonprofit organization I have helped grow for more than eight years. This role allows me to connect with fellow professionals, promote best practices in our industry, and support innkeepers and property owners nationwide in finding the right coverage for their needs. I am deeply committed to strengthening our community of interim innkeepers and raising the standard of care for every guest, every time.
