Both of us hold degrees in Hotel Management, and our journey began in June 1991 where we met at the Dorint Hotel in Bitburg, Germany. Volker’s academic journey extended to his graduation from Cornell University in the summer of 1989. Both of our careers led us to explore various corners of the globe, working in diverse hotels across the UK, US, and Europe. Collectively, we boast over 80 years of invaluable experience within the industry.

We proudly owned and managed the esteemed Brierley Hill B&B in Lexington, VA – a Select Registry Property – amassing hundreds of 5-star reviews on platforms like Tripadvisor and Google. Our dedication earned us the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award year after year. We sold Brierley Hill B&B in 11/2023.
