I, Peter, being a professionally trained chef in the arena of hospitality, from the back and front of the house, carries out your vision of excellence which you have developed at your Inn. For over 50 years I have welcomed and served guests unique needs. The passion of hospitality has been my lifelong love serving people through the culinary arts and quality serving. This has led me amongst other things to chefing in the Inns of New Hampshire; 4-star resorts of Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach; developing a boutique hotel in La Jolla, California; providing in person culinary workshops; and training new Innkeepers in Pennsylvania.

I, Loretta, have a background of licensed social work direct service, program planning and administration; as well as Chaplaincy both nationally and internationally.   I bring these valuable assets to the hospitality arena. I have a keen way of interacting with guests and staff alike, understanding and communicating amongst their needs. The dining room as the center of hospitality becomes the communal place of sharing, being presented with the excellence of service. I am proficient in Think Reservation and messenger, other platforms, pertinent daily operation of Inn Bed & Breakfasts, as well as creative guiding and planning.
